After recently joining the gym I was just starting to find my feet when school holidays hit...2 weeks later and I'm back at square 1. Long story short I could never figure out why a certain treadmill seemed to work for everyone else but me....until today. Id been thru my circuits but wanted to spend some time on the treadmill but my tried and true treadmill was taken and as I had noticed forementioned treadmill was being used earlier I was ever certain that it worked, so on I hop. Low and behold I couldnt figure out why it now wasnt working for me.
Here's where things went pear shaped. I ask the lady on my trusty treadmill if she knew how this silly treamill turned on...she suggested I try plugging it in or checking the points, I spend the next few minutes checking all plugs and points. She suggests try pushing some buttons, so I start randomly hitting buttons....next she points out the POWER button....OH hello embrassement central.
At least tomorrow I can start fresh and no how the stupid machine works. On the positive side I managed to step outside my confort zone and introduce myself to a complete stranger.
